Gregorio Baquero, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Following family legacy in his native Colombia, Gregorio graduated as an architect and urban designer in 1999. In 2001 Gregorio relocated to Miami, Florida where he worked in an Interior Design firm. He has been a Houston resident since 2003 and is registered as an architect with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners. For the past eighteen years Gregorio has been project architect and project manager for numerous commercial, residential and institutional projects, effectively executing both the technical and creative aspects of his profession. Additionally, he has extensive experience in project estimating. Besides architecture, he finds joy in music and science as they are human attempts to understanding and experiencing beauty in nature. Gregorio speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Carlos Rodriguez
Since 2005 Carlos has worked in the architecture industry. Through the various projects he has worked on he has experienced every facet of the design and construction processes of architectural projects. Carlos also possesses a unique skill at 3d visualization and extensive multimedia capabilities. This allows him to illustrate technical and creative aspects at any stage of the process. Today, and as a founder of Constructiva, Carlos directs the virtual reality department for architecture and the oil industry.
Alvaro Lozada
With a background in architecture and economics, Alvaro approaches architecture and interior design as one single occupation with the sole intention of enhancing human well being. For Alvaro it is not only a matter of space arrangements but it is also to develop a conscious order filled with wonder and solemnity while remaining mundane. This order has to accommodate our essentials for the daily activities. This lets him develop spaces that are full of energy to enhance human interactions.
After working as licensed architect in Bogota, Alvaro has also worked along with prestigious carpentries and furniture retailers, allowing him to understand widely the client’s mentality and desires. It is not a matter of contemporary, traditional or eclecticism views; it is a matter of taste, criteria, and novelty from the primal scheme and thought the development of the building.
